How do I create my first appointment? +
To create your first appointment, tap the "+" button on the appointments page, select a client (or create a new one), choose your service, pick a date and time, and tap "Save". Your appointment will appear on your calendar immediately.
Can I import my existing client list? +
Currently, you'll need to add clients manually within the app. We're working on an import feature for future updates. You can quickly add clients from the Clients tab by tapping the "+" button.
How do appointment reminders work? +
Booklyn Solo automatically sends you a notification 30 minutes before each appointment. You can update the notification duration in the settings page. Make sure you've enabled notifications in your device settings. Reminders work even when the app is closed.
Is my data synced across devices? +
Yes! Your data automatically syncs across all your devices when you're signed in with the same account. Changes made on one device will appear on all your other devices within seconds.
How do I mark an appointment as paid? +
Simply tap on any appointment and toggle the status to "Completed", or click the "Complete" button on the appointment. This helps you keep track of payments at a glance from your calendar view. The payment page will only display on appointments that have services with a price set.
What happens if I delete an appointment? +
Deleted appointments are permanently removed from your calendar. We recommend canceling appointments instead of deleting them to maintain your appointment history. You can cancel an appointment by editing it and changing its status.
